ED series multi-step high-speed thermoforming machine is our latest developed product, which adopts big forming area and high efficiency drive type which can be suit for most of the plastic productions as customers' request. This machine adopts positive and negative pressure integrated thermoforming with DELTA servo motor driven system and auxiliary stretching function to ensure high precision normal running and perfect performance on finished productions.

1.Every station is driven by Servo Motor (DELTA，Taiwan) and each servo motor has overload protection for machine's overworking.

2.The toothed chain made of 65#Mn with gear and double sub-chain,water cooling tube inside the chain ensures high efficiency cooling during sheet conveying process.

3.The machine adopts PID temperature system, high precision temperature control within 1 ℃.

4.The heating tiles adopts internationally renowned brand “Elstein” with fast heating reaction, high thermal effect, energy saving advantages and more safety.

5.Machine sheet conveying track width automatic adjustment.(it’s more easy to replace different size of sheet width)

6.The drive structure of the station has a middle-push structure with uniform thrust, compact structure, and high stability. It has advantages in making large layouts.
