Plastic cup thermoforming machine is our high quality product, sheet feeding and stretching part are driven by servo motor.

Machine produces disposable products such as plastic cup, bowl, lid, and box through the workflow of sheet feeding, sheet heating, forming, cutting and blowing, widely used and suitable for most of customers’ request. PLC program, manual interface operation, stable, low noise, and high efficiency.

1.Automatic sheet feeding adopts square steel structure, high wear resistance, more stable, efficiency, automatic feeding improves accuracy of feeding size.

2.Material holder combines with the machine, which is controlled by cylinder to move up and down, easy for operation, saving more manual work.

3.The machine adopts PID temperature system, high precision temperature control within 1 ℃.

4.Movably mould device is very convenient to assemble and dismantle mold, and the vibration of machine could be reduced by machine’s counterbalance valve controlling the opening and closing speed, good stability for good forming.
